Yoga for a Spinal Health will address how to prevent back pain, improve your posture, stabilize and extend your spine, and improve your mobility! Join Leena Mondays at 6:45pm, August 5-26 for a 75 minute class dedicated to decreasing your back pain while increasing the mobility and function of the entire body!

Conditioning for Older Adults is our new, moderately-paced class series starting in August! Appropriate for older adults, people new to fitness, prenatal, or those who may be recovering from illness or injury.
Designed as the natural progression from our Healthy Aging Program, these classes will combine cardiovascular exercise on the bike (15-20 mins), strength training (20 mins), mobility, balance, and flexibility (10-15 mins).
Conditioning for Older Adults is a series of 8 sessions that will progressively increase your strength and endurance, with the intention of preparing students to be confident moving in to our regularly scheduled small group classes.
Classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 10:45 am, August 6-29
