Join us for an educational Yoga workshop
on the traditional Iyengar Yoga Rope Wall! Whether you are curious about the Rope Wall, want to deepen your understanding of it, or teach and want to incorporate it into your classes, this workshop will create a strong foundation for the basics of the Rope Wall. In this workshop we’ll explore standing postures, forward and back bends, twists and inversions in detail, learning adjustments for various levels of practitioners. Yoga Alliance registered instructors will be able to use apply the workshop towards continuing education hours.
