Yoga for Immunity will help you unwind at the end of the day and boost your immune system, as well as offer tools to incorporate throughout your work day to help you cope with challenges and reprogram your response to stressful situations.
HOW TO PREPARE:
1- Get your wellness space ready:
You’ll need a open space and a place to set up your phone, computer or camera device so that you can follow the class. You’ll have the option to share your video for feedback from the teacher or just follow along. Keep your equipment close by for easy access. If you don’t have equipment/props you can still do the classes. Try to find a space with the least amount of distractions so that you can enjoy the class uninterrupted, if possible.
2- Meet up VIRTUALLY
Download the Zoom app to your phone, or tablet, or visit the Zoom website to set up an account. We will be posting the schedule online and ask that you sign up at least an hour ahead of time using our online scheduler or the MindBody app. 15 minutes prior to class you will receive an email with a link that will give you access to the class you have registered for.
For those unable to attend the live-streaming class, we will be emailing a link to the class to enjoy on-demand at your convenience.
