Wednesday Spin Class

Schedule update for Wednesday Feb. 22: This Wednesday’s 90 minute Spin/Core Training Class will be taught by instructor Wan Yu Kayes, a guest instructor from 24 Hour Fitness.  The 45 minute Spin Class starts promptly at 9:30am,  and is followed by 45 minutes of Core Training and foam rolling.  Hope to see you there!
