Ayurvedic Yoga Massage:

Ayurvedic Yoga massage is a dynamic therapy involving full body massage, breathing exercises and various supported yoga stretches to provide a relaxing, detoxifying and rejuvenating experience. This technique combines the ancient wisdom of Ayurvedic massage with the Iyengar Yoga method to balance the nervous, respiratory and circulatory systems, eliminate toxins, realign posture, improve muscle tone and  increase range of motion. The massage is performed on a mat using  pressure (applied by hands and feet), traction, and conscious breathing, preparing the body to receive passive yoga stretches. The Ayurvedic herbs used for the massage purify the blood and organs to speed up detoxification and stimulate the natural flow of energy. These factors make Ayurvedic Yoga Massage the ideal complement to any cleanse or detox.

Deep Tissue Massage:

Deep tissue massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and the connective tissue. This type of massage focuses on the muscles located below the surface of the top muscles. The term “deep tissue” is often misused to identify a massage that is performed with sustained deep pressure. Deep tissue massage is used to treat particular musculoskeletal disorders and complaints as it employs a dedicated set of techniques and strokes to achieve a measure of relief. It should not be confused with “deep pressure” massage, which is one that is performed with sustained strong, occasionally intense pressure throughout an entire full-body session. Deep tissue massage is applied to both the superficial and deep layers of muscles, fascia, and other  anatomical structures.

Pregnancy Massage:

Pregnancy places strong demands on a woman’s body and is a time for the body to be nurtured and pampered. This massage not only relieves the tensions and aches caused by the extra weight and shift in the center of gravity to the body, but it reduces swelling, soothes the nervous system, acts as a tonic, reduces fatigue, and enhances energy.
*This therapy is only offered  as a 60min session.

Sports Massage:

This special form of massage is typically used before, during, and after athletic events to prepare the athlete for peak performance, drain away fatigue, relieve swelling, reduce muscle tension, promote flexibility and prevent injuries. Depending on the needs of the athlete, a variety of techniques are used including classic Swedish strokes, cross-fiber friction, pressure-point work, and joint mobilization.
*This therapy is only offered  as a 60min session.

Neuromuscular Therapy:

Neuromuscular Therapy is used for recovery from acute and chronic pain syndromes by utilizing specific massage therapy, including the pressure of trigger points, to eliminate the causes of pain patterns. This approach brings about balance between the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system. It enhances the joint function, muscular mobility, and releases endorphins, the body’s own natural pain killers
*This therapy is only offered  as a 60min session.

Lymphatic Drainage Treatment:

The lymphatic system is part of your body’s immune system that helps eliminate waste and fight infection. However, surgery or other damage can cause fluids to build up in your lymph system and your lymph nodes, a condition known as lymphedema. If you’ve ever had a surgery on or involving your lymph nodes, your doctor may have suggested Lymphatic Drainage Treatment.

Lymphatic Drainage Treatment uses specialized massage strokes applied at a precise speed, pressure and rhythm to mimic the actions of your lymphatic system, improving lymph flow throughout the body. Using very light pressure, this treatment encourages the lymph vessels to contract more frequently, allowing interstitial fluid to enter the lymphatic system. This fluid is propelled through the vessels in waves of contractions, eventually ending in the lymph nodes where it is filtered and purified. An increase of lymph flow improves immune function and thus harmful substances are removed from the body’s tissues, making Lymphatic Drainage Treatment not only a very relaxing experience, but very effective.

Beneficial for:
