Kate Beaman was an Export Director and Wine Industry professional for 10 years before deciding to stay home and to raise her two young sons. After years of enjoying every kind of fitness class she fell in love with teaching and furthering her education of movement, strength and health through Pilates, Barre and Buti Yoga. Kate believes in the powerful mind-body connection; a healthy body can change the way we think and feel. Kate is a certified Barre, Pilates Mat and Springboard, Buti Yoga and Group Fitness Instructor.

Jodi Ottman began leading group exercise classes in college at the University of San Francisco in 1991. It was during this time that she began running marathons and participating in triathlon. Since then, there have been countless hours of swimming, biking and running. In 2005, she set her sights on the Ironman distance completing 9 Ironman races including 2 world championships in Kona.She loves motivating and encouraging others to get stronger, push through barriers to find their inner strength and joy in life!
