In a Vinyasa Yoga class asanas flow seamlessly from one to the next with the guidance of conscious breathing to align the mind and body for a moving meditation. The asanas, or yoga postures, are held for a few breaths or more to allow for fine tuning and a connection to the physical body. Strength and flexibility blend with mental focus to create a heightened state of awareness and increase energy levels. You will leave the practice feeling more balanced, with a sense of steadiness and ease, and clarity of thought that you can take into daily life.
