Hope you all enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday last week! We are so thankful and fortunate to have such wonderful family and friends in our lives…starting off Thanksgiving Day with our Gift of Gratitude yoga class at the studio followed by a healthy, delicious meal was the perfect way to put our blessings into perspective. We were able to enjoy the morning putting forth good energy into our yoga practice and share good food and company as well. Thank you to everyone who made it as well as everyone who supported our Black Friday sale-we are so thankful for you!
