As an avid triathlete and inspiring instructor, Jodi loves motivating and encouraging others to get stronger, push through barriers to find their inner strength and joy in life. The importance of proper alignment, activating the proper muscles, interval efforts and recovery in order to build a strong body are key elements in her teaching.
