Starting on November 9th, we’ll be offering a special lunch hour yoga class with Leena at noon on Wednesdays. This yoga class will focus on yoga postures, proper alignment and breathing to create a stronger bond between the mind-body connection. By connecting the postures and breath through a series of sequential movements we will generate heat in the body to help build muscular strength and flexibility, bringing relaxation to your mind, body and spirit.
