Since we’ve been getting to see so much more of our clients, we’ve decided to add more classes to our schedule so that we can offer more flexibility for all of your schedules! Starting on the second week of October (10.10), we’ll be offering the following new classes in Room 2:
Monday 8am – Brazilian Butt Class with Becca
Wednesday 8am – Cross Circuit with Becca
Friday 8am – Functional Training with Becca
In our signature Brazilian Butt Class you’ll experience high-energy resistance training that focuses on toning, sculpting and strengthening the body principally in the glutes, legs and core.
Our Cross Circuit offers a total body strength training workout fused with cardio drills that help strengthen your body, increase agility, burn calories to lose fat and tone your muscles from head to toe.
