Enjoy one hour of Pilates today, 3/7/2016, at 4:30pm with Certified Pilates Instructor Carol Roomet. In this class you will perform a series of exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. The blend of strength and flexibility training will improve posture, reduces stress and create long, lean muscles without bulking up. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity. This is a Level I class and all are welcome.
