Aloha Om Family!
Today marks the start of a new month, with lots of changes at the studio starting of course as we wish our beloved Becca the very best as she embarks on a new journey to motherhood. We love you and are so excited to see you welcome a new addition to our Om family into the world…we are sending all of our love and positivity your way!
With Becca beginning maternity leave there will a few slight changes in the schedule…
Tuesday/Thursday 8:15am Intro Yoga Class (to work on foundations, grounding and stillness in the body & mind)
Tuesday 4pm Spinning Class (taught by Jennifer)

Tai will take over all other classes in Becca’s absence. For yoga classes, the month of May will be spent focusing on breathing exercises (Pranayama) to promote creation, distribution and maintenance of vital energy. We offer lots of fantastic classes to help you reach your health goals as summer approaches-come and join us!
