Mindfulness & Gratitude During Diwali

Since it is November and Thanksgiving is upon us, we have made it a point to remind our Om Family of all the wonderful things we have to be thankful for…of which health and wellness is paramount. We hope you are all able to take the time to devote to your fitness and invest in yourselves-we are so grateful to have healthy minds and bodies to serve us well!

You deserve to be happy and healthy. Be grateful for your body and strive to create balance and wellness in your life.” ~Tai

This week we are also mindful of India’s Diwali celebration otherwise known as the Festival of Lights. Today is Day 3, Lakshmi Puja, where individuals partake in ritual cleansing and familial prayer to honor the Goddess Lakshmi for wealth, prosperity, goodness and light. We are thankful for the mindfulness that keeps us balanced and keeps us giving the best of ourselves and our energy to the world around us. What we give we also receive…so lets make sure to put good energy out into the world for ourselves and for others. We are thankful to do what we love, and we are thankful for all of you!

What are you thankful for?
