We would like to extend a warm welcome to guest instructor Sean Higuchi. Sean is a Certified Personal Trainer, returning home to Maui from Bellevue, Washington where he was known for his upbeat Boot camp classes. Currently active in the community as a Football and Strength and Conditioning Coach for King Kekaulike High School, Sean will be leading an all levels Cross Circuit class this Thursday, April 26th at 9:30am and next Thursday, May 3th.
