Om Maui Outdoor Training this Saturday 1/14/12

Join us for our first outdoor training event of 2012! We will meet at Om Maui at 7:30am, drive to Rice Park in Kula, and bike from there to Granny’s Cafe. Jorge Muller, one of our Cycle to the Sun coaches, from Maui Endurance Sports will be leading the way. Please come prepared with a bike, helmet, water, cell phone, and a snack unless you are planning on joining us for breakfast at the top. We recommend this fun event for those who have road experience or intermediate to advanced cardiovascular conditioning.
