Starting November 1, 2011 Tuesday and Thursday evening class formats and time will be updated. All morning and weekend classes remain the same. Here are the following changes:
Tuesday:
8:15am- om Pilates-Spin
9:30am- om Yoga-Stretch
4pm- om Spin + Stretch (55min.)
5pm- Vinyasa Yoga
Thursday:
8:15am- Intro Yoga
9:30am- Brazilian Lift
5pm- om Spin
6pm- Brazilian Butt Class
