With 20 min. of Spinning and 40 min. at the Barre, this class is an intense, balanced blend of cardio, strength, posture and flexibility training. This fusion format will introduce you to our Barre classes, which focus on quality of movement inspired by Pilates, Dance, and Yoga methods.
