Spin + Core Training – 60 min & 70 min

This indoor cycling class combined with core exercises offers a high energy workout that not only focuses on enhancing cardiovascular endurance, but also improves core and muscular strength. All levels welcome.

Pilates Spin 60 min

A fusion class of 30 minutes of Spinning followed by 30 minutes of Pilates Mat I.  A great class to start or improve your cardiovascular endurance and core strength.

Party Spin – 60 min

Experience a party on a bike with this full body workout in our party zone! Strobe lights and fun music contribute to this heart-pumping spin class combining high intensity intervals with upper body resistance training. This fast-paced ride will help you burn maximum calories and increase your overall endurance.
